І. General Terms
1. These Participation Rules (the “Rules”) govern the terms and conditions for conducting and participating in the game for 1 Apple Watch SE 3 (the “Game”).
2. The Organizer of the Game and the controller of the personal data provided by participants in the course of the Game is Trampoline Parks Zone 52 AD, registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency under UIC BG204748721, with registered seat and management address: Sofia 1434, 214 Okolovrasten Pat Blvd., Sofia Ring Mall, Unit 0.27, represented by Jonathan Peter Hargreaves (“Area 52” or the “Organizer”).
3. Within the period 04.06.2026 – 24.06.2026, one game will be held on a specially created landing page on the Organizer’s website at: GIVEAWAY

The Game is organized and conducted in Bulgarian only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the event of lack of availability, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of the same type.
ІІ. Right to Participate
6. The Game is open to all natural persons over the age of 18, except for employees of the Organizer, members of their families. Parents, children, spouses and persons living in a de facto partnership. As well as all natural persons involved in the organization and conducting of the Game (“Participant/s”). Legal entities are not eligible to participate in the Game.
6.1. Participation in the Game is only possible in compliance with these Rules and the personal data protection policy for the Game. By participating in the Game, the Participant expressly agrees that they accept these Rules and the personal data protection policy for the Game and will comply with their provisions. The Rules will be available throughout the entire Game period at: GIVEAWAY
6.2. By participating in the Game, the Participant agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms set out in the personal data protection policy.
6.3. The Participant has the option, by expressly ticking a separate box, to consent to receiving marketing communications, including offers, news and promotions from the Organizer. Participation in the Game is not conditional upon giving such consent.
ІІІ. Conditions for Participation in the Game
7. To participate in the Game, the Participant must, within the Game period, complete the described steps, namely: provide an email address in the designated field and confirm it via the confirmation email sent to their inbox.
Without completing the confirmation via the email sent, the Participant cannot register a valid participation in the Game.
7.1. Each Participant is entitled to one participation. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants in the event of established abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple email addresses, automated registrations / bots, or the provision of false data.
7.2. If the Participant does not confirm their email address within 48 hours of registration, the participation shall be considered invalid.
8. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Game.
IV. Prizes
By participating in the Game in accordance with the procedure and conditions under items 7 and 8 above, the Participant may win the following prize:

10. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another prize. The right to receive a won prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
10.1. All taxes and fees due in connection with receiving the prize shall be borne by the Organizer, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
11. In the event of lack of availability, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of the same type.
V. Selection of Winning Participants
12. The winning Participant will be selected at random through a draw from among all participants who registered within the Game period.
13. The winner of the Game will be announced on social media, as well as on the specially created landing page for the Game. The winner will be sent an email notifying them that they have won the prize.
13.1. The draw will be carried out through a software tool for random selection.
13.2. Two reserve winners will also be drawn.
14. The winner must respond to the email sent by the Organizer in order to receive their prize within 7 days. If they fail to do so, they will lose the right to receive the prize and another winner will be selected in their place.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to send the prize to the winner within up to 3 weeks from the date of their announcement.
16. By participating in the Game, the winner gives their consent for their name to be announced on the specially created landing page of the Game.
16.1. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 04.06.2026 and ends on 24.06.2026. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
16.2. Winner Selection Method
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a certified random selection tool. The selection process will take place within a reasonable period after the giveaway has ended.
16.3. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on Area 52’s official social media channels using only the winner’s first name and the first letter of their last name (for example, “John D.”) in order to protect their personal data and comply with applicable privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
16.4. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry (such as email address and/or telephone number).
16.5. Organizer Liability for Contact Issues
The Organizer shall not be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted due to:
16.6. Deadline to Claim the Prize
The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 30 calendar days from the date of the first notification attempt. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
16.7. Participation in Promotional Content
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in photographs, video recordings, and social media content related to the giveaway, including the filming of the winner announcement and prize handover. The winner grants Area 52 the right to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes across its social media channels, website, and other communication materials.
16.8. Prize Collection in Person
The winner must collect the prize in person at Area 52 Veliko Tarnovo. The prize will not be shipped or delivered to another address.
16.9. Identity Verification
The winner may be required to present a valid government-issued identification document to verify their identity before receiving the prize.
16.10. Failure to Meet Requirements
If the winner:
the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner in accordance with these Rules.
VI. Personal data
17. By participating in the Game, the participants declare that they have been informed of their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information regarding personal data protection is available in the Organizer’s personal data protection policy.
VII. Limitation of Liability
18. The Organizer shall be liable only for damages that are a direct and immediate consequence of participation in the Game and that have arisen as a result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.
19. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game, as well as to amend the Rules of the Game, at any time. In such cases, the Organizer shall not owe compensation to the Participants.
20. In the event of lack of availability, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of the same type.
20.1. All changes will be published on the landing page of the Game and shall enter into force as of the moment of their publication.
